AWHITU DISTRICT SCHOOL’S  EASTER AUCTION UPDATE & THANKS

 

We would like to say a huge thank you to all the people and businesses who sponsored our Easter Auction Fundraiser. 

We were donated so many wonderful things from kids toys, Easter baskets and gourmet food to loads of metal and firewood, concert tickets and getaway accommodation vouchers, and everything in between.

Our local talented artists were as generous as usual, donating so many beautiful and artistic pieces that are now being enjoyed throughout Awhitu and the wider community. Thank you so much.

To our local community using this occasion multi-purposely as a time to clean out and declutter, and then donating to our school for fundraising. This is what makes our auction an amazing auction. Thank you.

Another thanks goes out to our local and wider community for coming along and supporting us and enjoying the day. Whether you purchased items or participated, we thank you all so very much for helping make our Easter Auction Day another very successful fundraiser.   

This year we raised just over $33k net which will go towards school supplies for our students, camps and trips, travel expenses and more.  

A final thanks to all the parents, caregivers and community members who helped organise and run the day. It could not have been done without you and your hard work and the time you donated is very much appreciated.
